How much does a website cost?
Our Website plan is $399 CAD one-time. Website + Hosting is $799 CAD plus $149 CAD per month. Website + Growth is $1,250 CAD plus $249 CAD per month. On the monthly plans, the first month is charged upfront together with the setup fee. See the Plans section for the full details of each.
Are there any extra costs?
Plan prices exclude applicable taxes, and you get a written quote before we start. On Website + Growth, a promotion runs for 30 days and renewing it costs $50. Ad platform spend is separate because we don't buy ads. On the Website plan, you arrange and pay for your own hosting and domain.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site is custom designed and built for your business, with unlimited pages and a responsive layout.
Will I see the site before it goes live?
Yes. You see everything and approve it before the public does. If something isn't right, we keep working on it until you're happy, at no extra cost. On the Hosting and Growth plans, small updates after launch are included too. On the Website plan, our work ends when we hand over the finished site.
Will it work well on phones?
Yes. Every site is responsive, so it adapts to phones, tablets and computers, and it's built to load quickly. Your hours, your services or menu and a tap-to-call button sit where people look first.
Who owns my website?
On the Website plan, we hand over your finished source code in full and it's entirely yours. Because we then no longer control the server, hosting, or domain, keeping the site online and secure becomes your responsibility.
Do I need hosting and a domain already?
Only on the Website plan. If you'd rather not deal with that, the hosted plans handle it for us to manage. Not sure which fits? Use the two-question plan finder in the Plans section.
What does "promotion" include?
On Website + Growth, we create and manage recurring promotional content such as sales, new products or services, seasonal events, special offers and announcements. We don't buy ads or guarantee results.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. Send us your current site and we'll point out 2 to 3 concrete things likely costing you customers, with no charge. See the audit section above.
Can you add takeout, delivery or phone ordering?
Yes. If your business takes takeout, delivery or call-in orders, we can add a tap-to-call button and link your DoorDash, Uber Eats or other ordering pages right on your site. You'll need your own account with those services, and we link your customers straight to them.
How long does it take?
Most sites take about 2 to 3 weeks from the day we have what we need from you. Bigger projects can take longer, and we'll tell you up front.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, any photos you'd like used, your hours and contact details, and the basics of what you offer (a menu, a service list or your products). If you're missing some of it, tell us and we'll work with what you've got.
How fast will you reply?
Within 24 hours. You'll hear back from one of the three founders, not a sales team.
